- We’ve made every effort to ensure accurate descriptions of our brilliant jumpers on our website
- All products are dispatched within 3 working days of receipt of payment
Returns / Refund Policy
- We make every effort to ensure full satisfaction with your jumper
- If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your jumper we are happy to exchange the jumper for a similar product where possible or provide a refund on the price of the jumper.
Refunds / exchanges are provided on the following conditions:
- it is returned within 10 days
- it is returned in the condition it was sent
- the garment is returned unworn
- buyer pays shipping unless the reason for return was a mistake we made
- Typically, we apply the refund to your account within 10 working days
- None of the above impact on your statutory rights
